It's #MomentumMonday, and I'm kicking off this week with a surge of energy and a clear vision for the future. My focus right now is on building my empire, a vision that encompasses growing my various businesses and making a positive impact on the world.

The Foundation of a Business Empire 🏢

At the heart of my empire is the umbrella corporation that houses my diverse ventures. This includes our digital marketing and sales agency, where we empower entrepreneurs and businesses to thrive in the online digital world. My consulting practice, where I offer business development, training, and coaching services. And my digital assets and channels, where I share my insights and experiences on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and the Thrive Lifestyle.

Each of these ventures plays a crucial role in my overall vision, contributing to a synergistic business ecosystem of growth and impact. They work together, kinda like a well-oiled machine, to create something bigger than the sum of their parts.

Expanding Horizons in the Travel Industry ✈️

In addition to my own ventures, I'm also contributing my expertise as an intrapreneur to a travel corporation as a freelance Business Development Officer. I'm responsible for generating B2B sales and raising capital for their exciting metasearch and OTA project. It's a dynamic role that allows me to leverage my skills and network while contributing to the growth of a promising company in the travel industry. This experience is not just about helping another company grow; it's also about expanding my own horizons and gaining valuable insights into the travel industry.

A Story of Standing My Ground

There was a time when my team didn't show up for a commitment. For some reason, they didn't see the value of the program that our company was involved in. But I held my ground and took responsibility by showing up for the whole organization. It was a lonely stance at first, but I knew it was the right thing to do. Sometimes you have to stand by your commitment, even when no one is backing you up. In the end, I nailed the activity, and our company was in the spotlight. I was able to show them what we were capable of doing. It was a powerful lesson in leadership by example.

My commitment to social responsibility is reflected in our various initiatives, including a ministry that supports and encourages entrepreneurs and professionals in their faith journey.
